FTTH Council Europe
Having been actively involved with the FTTH Council Europe since 2008, Raf contributed to studies of the council, including the FTTH Handbook, cost studies for a full FTTH coverage in Europe and the potential of convergence between FTTH and fiber backhaul for 5G. Since 2020, Raf became a member of the Board of the council and was elected as President of the board in June 2023.
