Tadashi Oshio is a researcher at ENEOS Corporation with 14 years’ experience for the R&D of industrial lubricants. He knows how important lubricants are for the safe and long-lasting operation of machinery and has spent his career investigating the efficacy of additives. He holds a PhD in tribology from Ecole Centrale de Lyon in France. He is a group manager leading the R&D of immersion coolants and discovers more possibilities for lubricant fluids.
